Social Media Management
Offering a full-service organic social media management strategy, the goal with this ongoing partnership was to craft a recognizable and engaging digital presence for Moonglow Jewelry, converting their social media followers into repeat customers. Platforms managed include: Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, Facebook, Pinterest and TikTok.
Over the course of this three-year partnership, the client experienced exponential growth on Instagram with their following growing from 33K to over 115K.
Creative Direction
Providing creative direction for all photo and video campaigns from 2019-2020, Cold Tea Social worked closely with Moonglow Jewelry to style and direct branded creative campaigns alongside a team of contracted photographers and videographers.
These efforts included model selection, styling the shoots, creating a shot list and guidelines for creative talent, and communicating selections and editing feedback.
Content Creation
An important element to a well-branded social media experience, we developed engaging graphics and Instagram Stories to entertain and convert audiences.
Occasional photography services were also offered by Cold Tea Social on an ad-hoc basis.
Influencer Marketing
Cultivating on-brand and engaging influencer partnerships with creators on both Instagram and TikTok, managing deadlines, developing campaign guidelines, and ensuring collaborations stayed within client’s budget requirements.

Developing relationships with partner brands and charitable partners, Cold Tea Social took the lead on establishing and managing a number of effective collaborations on behalf of Moonglow Jewelry.
Notable partners include The Pink Fund, Underwood Letterpress, Gravity Blankets, Calhoun & Co., and Dune Jewelry.
Website Maintenance
Minor ad-hoc website maintenance services were included in this partnership including updating and maintaining website homepage testimonials and uploading new product photos to product pages.
Copywriting
In addition to writing all organic digital campaigns for Moonglow Jewelry, Cold Tea Social oversaw the management and planning of Moonglow’s blog content from 2018-2020.
